About the Shop

Shop.RegSilva.com is my main shop for my original paintings, art prints, fonts and graphics, and other merchandise. All my other online stores (Shopee, Merchiful, Creative Market, Society6, etc.) are secondary.

I am based in Manila, Philippines and your order will be coming from my residence in Paranaque City.

 What payment methods do you accept?

My shop accepts payments via Paypal, credit and debit cards, GCash, and BPI bank deposit.

When do my items ship?

I ship out orders on Tuesdays and Fridays. Please understand-- I am a one-woman team and I'm balancing this shop with making art and pursuing grad school :)

How are my items shipped?

Domestic orders (Philippines) are shipped via several couriers: Lalamove or GoGo Express for within Metro Manila, and GoGo Express or LBC for provincial orders.

How long does it take to arrive?

Domestic orders typically arrive in 1-2 business days for within NCR, 3-7 days for provincial orders.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, via DHL or the postal system. For DHL, it typically takes a little less than a week to travel from Manila, Philippines to your residence overseas. For orders that go through the postal system, it may take 2-4 weeks. If your country is not on my shipping list, please get in touch with me and we'll work something out! 

 

Returns / Exchanges:

If your item was damaged, lost/stolen in transit, or incorrect, email me at regsilvaart@gmail.com and I will assist you. For damaged or incorrect items, please include a photo of the item for reference.
